SUS316 stainless steel has good plasticity, toughness, cold deformation and good welding process performance. 316 high temperature strength is good, 316L high temperature performance is slightly worse, but corrosion resistance is better than 316. It is improved due to low carbon content and containing 2%-3% molybdenum. Corrosion resistance to reducing salts and various inorganic and organic acids, alkalis, salts, and high temperature strength.
